Memahami Olahraga yang Benar guna Penderita Nyeri Sendi Lutut

Nyeri sendi lutut dapat mengganggu kegiatan sehari-hari. Ada sejumlah hal yang bisa memengaruhi munculnya keluhan ini, mulai dari berat badan berlebih, cedera pada lutut, sampai proses penuaan.

Organ lutut memungkinkan tungkai kaki guna bergerak dan berjalan. Di dalamnya, ada kantong cairan yang melumasi permukaan tendon dan meminimalisir gesekan saat tendon di lutut bergerak. Jika lutut merasakan gangguan, Anda barangkali akan menikmati nyeri. Usia dewasa ialah kelompok usia yang sangat rawan terpapar gangguan ini.

Pada mayoritas kasus, situasi ini diakibatkan oleh osteoarthritis. Tanpa penanganan yang tepat, dapat merangsang hancurnya tulang rawan yang terdapat salah satu sendi, sampai-sampai tulang saling bergesekan dan memunculkan rasa sakit.

Manfaat olahraga secara tertata dapat meminimalisir nyeri sendi lutut. Olahraga pun dapat menolong meredakan rasa nyeri, kaku, bengkak, serta memperkuat otot-otot penyokong sendi. Meski begitu, tidak seluruh jenis olahraga bisa dilakukan. Agar tidak salah pilih, berikut ialah olahraga yang aman guna penderita nyeri sendi lutut:

    Berjalan kaki
    Meskipun melibatkan lutut, berlangsung kaki ialah olahraga yang sangat rendah risiko untuk seorang penderita nyeri sendi lutut. Berjalan kaki tidak menyerahkan tekanan pada lutut secara berlebihan laksana misalnya saat berlari. Di samping meredakan nyeri sendi lutut, berlangsung kaki juga dapat memperkuat otot kaki.

    Jogging
    Selain berlangsung kaki, kita juga dapat berlari-lari kecil atau jogging. Namun simaklah dahulu situasi nyeri lutut. Jika kondisinya tidak parah, kita boleh mengerjakan jogging. Namun andai Anda mempunyai riwayat cedera lutut, usahakan hindari jogging karena dapat meningkatkan risiko arthritis lutut jangka panjang.

    Bersepeda
    Bersepeda tergolong olahraga low impact guna lutut. Olahraga low impact ialah bentuk kegiatan fisik yang tidak menyerahkan tekanan berat pada unsur tubuh. Jenis olahraga ini cocok untuk Anda yang menderita nyeri sendi lutut sebab tidak menambah kadar stres pada lutut.

    Berenang
    Berenang menciptakan lutut yang merasakan nyeri mencungkil stres sebab terbebas dari tugasnya dalam menopang berat badan dan dalam masa-masa yang sama mengakibatkan seluruh tubuh ikut bergerak. Saat berenang, hindari gerakan yang terlalu konsentrasi pada gerak lutut, laksana gaya dada.

Gerakan yang Harus Dihindari

Dalam berolahraga, penderita nyeri sendi lutut dianjurkan untuk menghindari sejumlah gerakan, contohnya melompat dan menekuk lutut. Ketika melompat, lutut Anda mesti menopang 2-3 kali lipat berat badan. Akibatnya, beban pada lutut pun meningkat dan berisiko meningkatkan bisa jadi cedera.

Menekuk lutut juga dapat menyebabkan situasi lutut semakin buruk. Hindari berolahraga yang mewajibkan gerakan menekuk lutut. Pada ketika menekuk lutut, berarti kita memberi desakan yang tidak semestinya pada tulang-tulang pembentuk sendi lutut. Saat tersebut pula tempurung lutut dan sendi dapat saling bergesekan.

Permainan bola basket, sepak bola, dan tenis tergolong olahraga yang mesti dihindari sebab menuntut gerakan yang lincah dan berpotensi menciptakan lutut berganti gerakan secara tiba-tiba. Di samping itu, risiko kehancuran sendi lutut semakin besar sebab pada olahraga itu Anda berpotensi merasakan kontak jasmani dengan pemain lain.

Meski sedang merasakan nyeri sendi lutut, bukan berarti Anda mesti berhenti bergerak, terlebih lagi tidak boleh berhenti berolahraga. Olahraga tetap mesti dilaksanakan sebagai upaya mengawal kesehatan, namun tidak boleh sampai terlampau berlebihan. Jika perlu, konsultasi ke dokter guna saran yang tepat.

Diare adalahsalah satu masalah kesehatan yang sering dirasakan oleh anak umur di bawah lima tahun (balita). Di samping asupan cairan yang memadai, suplemen zinc diketahui dapat menolong mengatasi situasi tersebut.

Secara global, angka kematian anak balita dampak diare masih termasuk tinggi. Indonesia tergolong negara berkembang yang masih bergulat dengan urusan tersebut. Berdasarkan survei dan penelitian kesehatan dasar yang dilaksanakan Kementrian Kesehatan, diketahui diare masih menjadi penyebab utama kematian balita dengan penyebab utama penanganan yang tidak tepat.

 Mengurangi Tingkat Keparahan Diare

Tanpa penanganan yang tepat, diare bisa mengakibatkan kelemahan nutrisi, daya tahan tubuh terhadap infeksi menurun dan gangguan tumbuh kembang pada anak. Pada balita, diare yang parah berisiko mengakibatkan dehidrasi sampai kematian. Terutama pada penderita diare dengan daya tahan tubuh yang rendah ataupun kelemahan nutrisi di dalam tubuh.

Pemberian suplemen zinc adalahsalah satu teknik yang dimanfaatkan untuk menolong mengatasi diare pada balita, bareng dengan pemberian cairan guna rehidrasi.

Rekomendasi yang diserahkan oleh Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) dan UNICEF guna balita yang merasakan diare akut yakni pemberian suplemen zinc sekitar 10-14 hari. Bagi bayi di bawah 6 bulan, pemberian suplemen zinc selama 10 mg per hari.  Sementara itu, guna balita yakni 20 mg suplemen zinc per hari.

Di samping itu, Ikatan Dokter Anak Indonesia (IDAI) menganjurkan pemberian suplementasi zinc dapat diserahkan secara teratur pada bayi umur 6-23 bulan, paling tidak sekitar 2 bulan, tiap 6 bulan sekali.

Berdasarkan keterangan dari penelitian, pemberian suplemen zinc pada balita mengindikasikan hasil yang positif. Balita yang diserahkan suplemen zinc lebih sedikit merasakan diare, disentri dan infeksi drainase pernapasan. Pemberian suplemen zinc pun dinilai dapat memberi efek positif dalam menurunkan angka kematian bayi berhubungan penyakit infeksi.
Mendukung Pertumbuhan Sel dan Metabolisme

Sebenarnya dalam situasi normal pun, tubuh tetap memerlukan zinc sebagai mineral untuk mengawal kesehatan. Zinc diketahui berfungsi untuk perkembangan sel dan mengawal metabolisme tubuh.

Kekurangan zinc bakal menurunkan daya tahan tubuh terhadap infeksi dan tumbuh kembang anak. Sayangnya, tubuh tidak memiliki keterampilan untuk menyimpan zinc, tersebut sebabnya asupan mineral tersebut diperlukan setiap hari.

Anak umur 1-3 tahun memerlukan sekitar 3 mg per hari, sementara usia 4-8 tahun selama 5 mg per hari. Pada orang dewasa situasi normal, zinc diperlukan sekitar 8 mg. Sementara itu, guna wanita hamil selama 11 mg dan perempuan menyusui 12 mg per hari.

Di samping memanfaatkan suplemen zinc, kita juga dapat memberikan sejumlah jenis makanan yang kaya kandungan zinc laksana daging, ayam, tiram, lobster, kepiting, keju, oatmeal, kacang mete, dan sereal yang difortifikasi zinc.

Untuk menanggulangi diare, tahapan kesatu yang mesti dilaksanakan yaitu menyerahkan asupan cairan yang mencukupi. Penggunaan suplemen zinc atau obat untuk menanggulangi diare pada balita, usahakan melewati konsultasi dokter anak.

Gula rafinasi mempunyai warna yang lebih putih dan tingkat keaslian lebih tinggi dikomparasikan gula pasir yang biasa dipakai oleh masyarakat. Di samping dua jenis gula tersebut, ada sejumlah jenis gula lainnya yang butuh diketahui.

Gula mentah adalahsukrosa yang melewati proses sintesis dari tebu dan tidak bisa dikonsumsi secara langsung. Setelah diubah lagi, gula mentah akan pulang menjadi gula rafinasi (refined sugar). Pada pemrosesan guna menjadi gula rafinasi, kandungan molases atau cairan kental yang berisi gula sudah dihilangkan terlebih dulu.

Gula Rafinasi dan Jenis Gula Lain

Gula rafinasi adalahgula yang telah melalui proses panjang sebelum dapat dikonsumsi sehari-hari. Gula rafinasi ini tidak sedikit digunakan di dalam sekian banyak  industri sebab lebih murni dan berpenampilan lebih bersih dikomparasikan gula mentah.

Di samping gula rafinasi, masih terdapat jenis-jenis gula lainnya, antara lain:

  •     Gula pasir, yakni gula yang sangat umum dipakai sebagai pemanis pada makanan, minuman, atau sebagai pengawet pada produk laksana selai.
  •     Gula cokelat, yakni gula pasir berwarna cokelat dampak paduan saldo cairan gula atau butiran yang sengaja dibaur dengan cairan gula.
  •     Gula rendah kalori, yakni gula yang tercipta dari maltodextrin. Zat sintetik yang mudah dipahami ini mencakup aspartam, stevia, sakarin, atau sukralosa.
  •     Gula cair, yakni gula yang diciptakan dari selama 60 persen gula pasir yang dilarutkan di dalam air. Gula ini cukup riskan karena berisi kalori yang tinggi.
  •     Molase, yakni produk sampingan dari pengolahan gula. Bahan ini pun dikenal istilah tetes tebu dan umumnya dipakai untuk memuat minuman rum.

Selain sejumlah jenis gula di atas, masih ada tidak sedikit macam gula dipasarkan di pasaran. Gula ini juga dipakai dalam proses penciptaan kue sebagai pengembang, pemberi tekstur dan warna, serta menolong proses fermentasi.


Risiko Gangguan Kesehatan Akibat Terlalu Banyak Gula

Semua jenis gula, baik gula alami maupun gula rafinasi ialah karbohidrat yang dipakai tubuh menjadi energi. Tetapi mengonsumsi terlalu tidak sedikit gula bisa membuat menyerahkan efek negatif untuk tubuh. Efek negatif tersebut meliputi:

    Mengalami malnutrisi
    Orang yang tidak jarang mengonsumsi makanan dan minuman manis ingin melewatkan makanan bernutrisi, sampai-sampai berisiko merasakan malnutrisi.

    Kadar trigliserida meningkat
    Mengonsumsi terlalu tidak sedikit gula dapat meningkatkan kadar trigliserida di dalam pembuluh darah dan jaringan lemak, risiko gangguan jantung juga meningkat.

    Menyebabkan obesitas
    Mengonsumsi terlalu tidak sedikit gula berisiko mengakibatkan penumpukan kalori yang berdampak kepada obesitas atau keunggulan berat badan.

    Meningkatkan risiko diabetes
    Selain sebab menyebabkan obesitas yang merupakan hal risiko diabetes, gula adalahjenis karbohidrat simpel yang dapat menambah gula darah dengan cepat, sehingga dapat meningkatkan risiko diabetes.

    Menyebabkan kehancuran gigi
    Gula dapat menyebabkan penumpukan bakteri yang menambah risiko gigi berlubang, terutama andai Anda tidak menjaga kesucian gigi.

Cara Mengurangi Konsumsi Gula

Meski berisiko memunculkan efek negatif, tetapi Anda tidak butuh menghilangkan gula dari menu makanan sepenuhnya. Ada pilihan yang bisa dijalani guna mengubah konsumsi gula yang berlebihan, di antaranya:

  •     Pilih jus buah dari buah pribumi tanpa gabungan lain. Hindari jus buah kemasan ataupun sirop rasa buah sebab berisi lebih tidak sedikit gula.
  •     Jika terbiasa mengonsumsi sereal, pilih yang berisi lebih tidak banyak gula. Anda dapat membaca kandungan gulanya di kemasan produk.
  •     Konsumsi lebih tidak sedikit air mineral dikomparasikan minuman dengan perasa, laksana soda, minuman energi, teh atau kopi.
  •     Daripada es krim, kue manis, atau pai, lebih baik pilih buah potong segar sebagai camilan atau hidangan pencuci mulut.
  •     Pemanis produksi mungkin dapat dipakai sebagai pilihan pengganti gula pasir, terutama untuk penderita penyakit diabetes.

Hati-hati memilih produk berlabel ‘bebas gula’. Label semacam ini tidak dapat diartikan bahwa produk itu benar-benar bebas gula, baik tersebut gula alami maupun gula rafinasi. Perhatikan nama-nama laksana sirop malt, corn syrup, cane juice, cane syrup, corn sweeteners, high-fructose corn syrup, fruit juice concentrate, madu, molase, dan nectars, semuanya ialah zat-zat pemanis yang dapat berisi gula juga.

Banyak dari anda yang salah kaprah memaknai istilah berpengalaman gizi sama dengan dokter spesialis gizi. Padahal, walau sama-sama tenaga gizi, wewenang dan kompetensi dua-duanya jelas berbeda.

Ahli gizi dan atau berpengalaman madya gizi ialah seseorang pakar nutrisi yang berkompetensi menyerahkan informasi mengenai gizi, serta rekomendasi makanan dan pola santap sehat untuk masyarakat pada umumnya. Latar belakang pendidikan berpengalaman gizi ialah Diploma III, sementara kategori berpengalaman gizi dengan latar belakang edukasi S1 dikenal dengan nama sarjana gizi dan berpengalaman gizi.

Sedangkan dokter spesialis gizi ialah dokter spesialis yang konsentrasi menangani masalah kesehatan pasien berhubungan gizi, serta menyerahkan terapi medis gizi sesuai situasi pasien dan berorientasi pada riwayat penyakit dan suasana umum pasien. Latar belakang pendidikannya ialah dokter umum yang sudah menuntaskan pendidikan magister (S2) gizi dan menjalani edukasi spesialisasi ilmu gizi klinik sekitar 6 semester.

Ilmu gizi klinik sendiri ialah disiplin ilmu yang mempelajari hubungan antara makanan dan asupan nutrisi di dalamnya dengan kesehatan dan penyakit-penyakit berhubungan gizi serta situasi medis tertentu. Mulai dari penyakit akut maupun kronis, serta proses penuaan (degeneratif). Ilmu gizi klinik dipakai dalam aspek pencegahan, penyembuhan, dan pencegahan komplikasi berlanjut dari sebuah penyakit.

Ahli gizi mempunyai wewenang merumuskan asupan gizi yang kita butuhkan untuk menyokong kesehatan Anda, sementara dokter spesialis gizi punya wewenang lebih. Dokter spesialis gizi tidak melulu merumuskan asupan nutrisi, tapi pun melakukan terapi medis lainnya bersangkutan situasi pasien, contohnya meresepkan obat-obatan, suplemen, atau perbuatan medis yang berhubungan gizi dan situasi pasien.

Tak jarang, dokter spesialis gizi bakal bekerja sama dengan dokter spesialis beda dalam menangani situasi pasien, contohnya dokter bedah dan dokter penyakit dalam. Dokter spesialis gizi pun berperan urgen dalam memajukan kesehatan masyarakat melewati upaya pendidikan dan promosi kesehatan, terutama di bidang gizi.

Kewenangan Klinis Dokter Spesialis Ahli Gizi

Kompetensi yang dipunyai oleh seorang dokter berupa keterampilan melakukan formalitas klinis yang berhubungan masalah kesehatan, laksana menilai diagnosis melewati pemeriksaan jasmani dan wawancara medis; pengecekan penunjang; formalitas penatalaksanaan permasalahan guna mencegah, menyembuhkan, dan mengantisipasi atau meminimalisir risiko komplikasi penyakit; sampai tindakan medis kedaruratan klinis.

Dalam urusan ini, seorang dokter spesialis gizi klinik mesti mempunyai kompetensi yang cocok dengan bidang kerjanya, yakni menyerahkan penatalaksanaan nutrisi seperti:

  •     Melakukan pemeriksaan jasmani dan anamnesis (wawancara medis).
  •     Memberikan promosi kesehatan berhubungan gizi dan kesehatan pada masyarakat dan pasien sebagai upaya pencegahan penyakit.
  •     Meninjau kedudukan gizi, metabolisme, dan drainase cerna.
  •     Memberikan pemenuhan keperluan gizi serta cairan pada pasien.
  •     Memberi terapi nutrisi serta pola santap tertentu, contohnya meresepkan jumlah kalori, protein, karbohidrat, lemak, serat, vitamin, dan mineral yang dibutuhkan.
  •     Menentukan teknik pemberian nutrisi, baik secara oral (makan laksana biasa), pemberian makanan melewati selang lambung (pipa nasogastrik/NGT), atau melewati infus.
  •     Mengevaluasi kedudukan gizi, serta kesehatan pasien secara lengkap pasca perawatan gizi.

Penyakit yang Ditangani Dokter Spesialis Ahli Gizi

Dokter spesialis gizi mempunyai kewenangan klinis menyerahkan penatalaksanaan nutrisi pada sekian banyak  masalah kesehatan inilah ini:

    Masalah kedudukan gizi
    Ini mencakup malnutrisi, laksana obesitas, defisiensi atau kelemahan mikronutrien (vitamin dan mineral), marasmus dan kwashiorkor; gangguan nutrisi pada kelompok rentan laksana bayi, anak-anak, remaja, perempuan hamil dan menyusui, serta lansia.


    Gangguan faedah organ dan metabolisme
    Ini mencakup mempersiapkan nutrisi pada pasien yang merasakan gangguan pada drainase cerna, gangguan faedah hati dan pankreas; gangguan metabolisme dan endokrin laksana pada penyakit diabetes; masalah pada paru dan pernapasan; penyakit saraf; gangguan pada ginjal dan drainase kemih: dan penyakit jantung serta pembuluh darah.


    Penyakit beda yang berhubungan sistem imun dan penyakit ganas
    Misalnya pada permasalahan alergi makanan, nutrisi pasien HIV/AIDS, perawatan gizi pada pasien kanker. Penatalaksanaan nutrisi juga diserahkan pada pasien yang menerima perawatan intensif.
    Perawatan gizi pada permasalahan luka berat

Dokter spesialis gizi pun berwewenang dalam menilai penilaian status gizi dan keperluan nutrisi pada pasien luka berat, laksana luka bakar luas atau pasien cedera yang memerlukan tindakan operasi.

    Perbaikan gizi pada gangguan makan

Meliputi gangguan santap seperti anoreksia dan bulimia. Penderita gangguan santap seringkali merasakan malnutrisi dan dehidrasi berat yang berbahaya untuk kesehatannya. Di samping diobati oleh psikiater, perbaikan kedudukan gizi pada penderita gangguan makan pun lazimnya ditangani oleh dokter spesialis gizi.

Waktu yang Tepat Bertemu Dokter Spesialis Gizi

Anda dapat mendatangi dokter spesialis gizi saat membutuhkan konsultasi berhubungan gizi dan pola makan, baik sebab kondisi medis tertentu ataupun guna perbaikan gizi dan program kesehatan yang sedang kita jalankan.

Seseorang dapat berkonsultasi ke dokter spesialis gizi atas rujukan dari dokter yang menangani penyakit pasien atau sebab inisiatif pasien sendiri. Contohnya, pada pasien kanker yang kehilangan berat badan dan nafsu makan dampak efek samping kemoterapi, disarankan berkonsultasi ke dokter spesialis gizi atas rujukan dokter yang menanganinya. Contoh lainnya, pada permasalahan obesitas, pasien memerlukan konsultasi gizi dan pola santap untuk menurunkan berat badan, serta tahapan medis lainnya untuk menanggulangi obesitas.

Persiapan Konsultasi ke Dokter Spesialis Ahli Gizi

Sebelum mendatangi dokter spesialis gizi, hendaknya kita mempersiapkan sejumlah hal inilah ini:

  •     Siapkan daftar pertanyaan yang ingin dikemukakan dan riwayat keluhan atau fenomena yang kita alami, serta riwayat pola santap dan kegiatan sehari-hari.
  •     Jika ada, siapkan dokumen bersangkutan pengecekan pendukung, contohnya hasil pengecekan darah, Rontgen, atau CT-scan.
  •     Informasikan pada dokter berhubungan obat dan suplemen yang sedang dikonsumsi.
  •     Jika setelah pengecekan dokter spesialis gizi meresepkan obat atau ajakan pola makan, pastikan kita memahaminya. Tanyakan pula opsi perawatan yang tersedia, tingkat keberhasilan, serta risiko dari setiap perawatan.
  •     Pastikan kita memilih dokter spesialis gizi yang berkompetensi. Anda dapat meminta rekomendasi dari dokter umum, dokter penyakit dalam, atau rekomendasi kerabat. Pastikan dokter yang kita pilih dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam menyatakan tentang gizi atau tahapan penanganan yang diperlukan.
  •     Pastikan memilih kemudahan dan pelayanan yang bercitra baik, lengkap, dan ramah.
  •     Jika hendak memanfaatkan BPJS atau asuransi yang kita miliki, pastikan lokasi tinggal sakit atau klinik itu berafiliasi dengan BPJS atau provider asuransi Anda.

Setelah menjalani konsultasi dan pemeriksaan, dokter spesialis gizi bakal menilai diagnosis penyakit dan kedudukan gizi Anda, serta menilai rencana terapi gizi guna menangani situasi tersebut.

Dokter Spesialis Bedah Ortopedi dan Traumatologi atau Dokter Ortopedi ialah dokter yang memiliki konsentrasi untuk menangani cedera dan penyakit pada sistem muskuloskeletal tubuh, merangkum tulang, sendi, tendon, otot, dan saraf. Cedera ini dapat terjadi saat berolahraga atau merasakan kecelakaan, atau sebab penyakit tertentu.

Biasanya, beberapa orang akan berkonsultasi ke dokter ortopedi andai mengalami patah tulang. Padahal, seorang dokter ortopedi tidak melulu menangani masalah tersebut saja. Ada tidak sedikit masalah medis yang dapat ditangani oleh dokter spesialis ini, mencakup gangguan tulang, sendi, dan struktur yang berhubungan dengan gerakan tergolong otot, urat, dan saraf. Di Indonesia, ada sekitar delapan subspesialisasi kedokteran ortopedi, mencakup Subspesialis Trauma dan Rekonstruksi, Subpesialis Tulang Belakang, Subspesialis Tumor Tulang, Subspesialis Ortopedi Pediatrik (anak), Subspesialis Olahraga dan Arthroskopi Ortopaedi, Subspesialis Hand and Microsurgery, Subspesialis Rekonstruksi Dewasa atau Hip and Knee, dan Subspesialis Bio Orthopaedic.

Berikut sejumlah penyakit atau gangguan yang dapat ditangani dokter ortopedi, meliputi:

  •     Gangguan yang dapat menyerang tulang, mencakup infeksi tulang, fraktur (patah tulang), osteoporosis, tumor tulang, dan deformitas tulang.
